How we worked together
In 2024, I worked with Quit at Cancer Council Victoria to launch its National Cessation Hub and announce major federal funding.
To support the Australia-wide media opportunity, I developed a strategic Media and Communications Plan and delivered two media releases, media briefs, CEO talking points for a press conference with the Federal Health Minister, the Hon. Mark Butler, social media content, and a toolkit for stakeholders. Quit gained national news coverage on Channel 7, Nine News, and the ABC.
To further support the newly launched National Cessation Hub and the digital project underway to expand services, I developed a Stakeholder Communications Plan, as well as a change narrative with three phases to keep stakeholders aligned and anchored to key project milestones rather than a fixed timeline given the evolving nature of digital projects.

It’s a pleasure working with Elle in every way. The materials she supplied for the national launch of Quit in 2024 were exceptional – with a focus on detail, concise copy and audience needs top of mind.
Elle has a strong media sense and writes briefing notes for spokespeople which build confidence and condense critical information.
Moreover, Elle is a positive force to collaborate with. She’s helpful and efficient and I happily recommend her services to any comms-media teams on the hunt for expert input.
