  • We have worked with Green Letter Communications and Elle over the past couple of years – and what a difference it has made! Not only does Elle really understand who we are as an organisation and the substance of the work we do, but Elle has been able to advise us on the who, the what and the how of our communications strategies. We were so impressed by the strategic, technical and analytical capability that Elle brought to our engagement. She was able to advise us on which are the most appropriate platforms to use, how to define our audience, when we could gain the most traction and engagement with our audience and how to get the tone and content to be aligned with our values and our vibe. Elle helped us find answers to questions that we didn't even know to ask! Her patience, generosity, experience and networks elevated our work to another level. Supporting in generating professional content, with the right message at the right time was just the beginning though! Elle was able to provide analytics and insights that are continuing to help us spend our time and energy in the right areas and growing our audience and our reach. And to top it off, Elle is just such a pleasure to work with. Her flexibility, understanding and ability to support, guide and advise has resulted us engaging her over and over again – and we look forward to working with her long into the future!

  • Elle has been an exceptional leader in media and communications for the SunSmart program in 2024. She quickly grasped research, data and key messages and effectively translated it into impactful health communications that supported both earned and owned media. Under her leadership, media releases secured exclusive coverage on the front page of Herald Sun and page two of The Age, along with supportive quotes from case studies, spokespeople, and Members of Parliament. Elle led the SunSmart early detection campaign, which was communications-led, supported by a small paid media spend in regional Victoria. She delivered a multi-pronged communication strategy that reached consumers, health professional stakeholders, media outlets and internal stakeholders. Her attention to detail and strategic advice ensured that our messages resonated, driving successful outcomes that she was able to report to our funders, including having the Local Member of Bendigo East and Premier of Victoria, the Hon Jacinta Allan, attend and speak at the campaign launch in Bendigo. Elle also developed the strategic media and communications plan for future years, drawing on her experiences within the program and identifying opportunities, such as adding LinkedIn to the suite of owned communication channels, and driving more engagement with digital channels as we phase away from hard copy resources. Elle is solution focused, positive and diligent in her work, she worked alongside the team utilising her communications skills to support program objectives. Elle comes highly recommended by the SunSmart team.

  • It’s a pleasure working with Elle in every way. The materials she supplied for the national launch of Quit in 2024 were exceptional – with a focus on detail, concise copy and audience needs top of mind. Elle has a strong media sense and writes briefing notes for spokespeople which build confidence and condense critical information. Moreover, Elle is a positive force to collaborate with. She’s helpful and efficient and I happily recommend her services to any comms-media teams on the hunt for expert input.

  • It has been a real pleasure to collaborate with Elle as a copy editor and writer on this project [the World Cancer Day Equity Report 2023 and 2024]. Her eye for detail, ability to refine complex ideas into clear, engaging content, and commitment to deadlines have been invaluable and her work always met our expectations.

  • I’ve been privileged to work alongside Elle Spring since 2016. Our second film and photography project was a content collection in Vanuatu, capturing stories of women with disabilities, providing them with a platform, and ultimately sharing their voices on the world stage at the United Nations in New York. Elle is a highly skilled storyteller and communications expert. She is respectful, patient and dedicated to shining the light on projects with purpose. She has the ability to understand complex content and shape it into something that is relatable and digestible to audiences for maximum impact. As a film company we work with Elle on a regular basis to guide us in script writing, content creation and conception.
